The Decider Skills use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to teach adults the skills to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health.

This course is being delivered by our in-house expert.
To be eligible for this course, you must: 1. Be a resident of Clackmannanshire 2. Be aged between 18 and 67. 3. NOT currently be enrolled in full-time education. 4. NOT be working more than 17.5 hours a week.
