How do you look after your mental health? 

We all know the things we should be doing to look after our physical health such as eat a balanced diet and exercise, but how do you look after your mental health? 

If you struggle with poor mental health, it can have a massive impact on your daily life, with a lack of motivation and loss of interest in activities once enjoyed.

Our Positive Moves workshops can help support your mental health with Decider Skills, Wellbeing Workshops and learning about Neurodiversity, as well as many other courses aimed at learning new skills.
