The new Skills Boost Hospitality Refresh Course is a fantastic course created at Forth Valley College, Stirling Campus to give you the opportunity to learn and experience and introduction to becoming a chef. This exciting course will involve a variety of practical learning that will prepare you for the fast paced world of work as an entry level chef to the hospitality industry. This is an intensive 3 week college course at Forth Valley College Stirling, with a 1 week placement at the end of one of our local employer partners in Stirling, Falkirk or Alloa. At the end of the course, you will be ready for a career as a chef in the hospitality industry, which will cover employment in restaurants, hotels, cafes and events, performing a variety of entry level chef roles. This truly is your fast track positive pathway into the chef hospitality industry and will allow your CV to stand out when you apply for a position within.
