The new Skills Boost Hospitality Refresh Course is a fantastic course created at Forth Valley College, Stirling Campus to give you the opportunity to come and learn all about the licensed hospitality trade. This exciting course will involve a variety of learning, both practical and theory that will prepare you for the fast paced world of work in a hospitality premised. This is an intensive short 3 week college course with a 2 week placement at the end with one of our local employer partners in Stirling, Falkirk or Alloa. At the end of the course, you will be ready for a career in the licensed hospitality trade, which will cover employment in bars, restaurants, hotels, cafes and events, performing a variety of roles including front of house and bar work. This truly is your fast track positive pathway into the hospitality industry and will allow your CV to stand out when you apply for a position within it.
